This workshop isn’t led by me, Cécile – but it feels very much at home here. Barbara runs the kind of calm, creative sessions I love to share: small, slow, tactile, and full of beauty.
I’m happy to offer her Stoneware Masterclass as part of the Slow Life workshop series.
Spend a gentle afternoon exploring the beauty of stoneware and glazes.
In this two-hour guided session, you’ll learn how to glaze your own handcrafted kitchenware – choosing from two mugs, a jug, or a butter dish – and bring them to life with colour, pattern and texture.
You’ll receive step-by-step instruction, personal guidance, and plenty of inspiration to help you create something beautiful and uniquely yours.
All tools, paints and materials are included – along with tea, coffee and homemade cake.
The class takes place in Barbara’s peaceful countryside studio in Wappenham, just 10 minutes from Towcester.
No experience needed – just the wish to make something by hand, in a calm and friendly setting.
